Wonderful view, very spacious apartment, very clean.
☺ A wonderful view, not too far away from the beach, for two people a very large apartment, and a most helpful and friendly host. Also includes a very useful garage, which we used for bicycles.

☹ The only thing: lots of plastic plants and flowers. Kind of defeats the Mediterranean setting. It can’t be helped but the property is on a large thoroughfare to La Bocca. emplacement et vue superbe et un propriétaire au petit soin pour ces hôtes
☺logement très propre, très bien aménagé et bien décoré avec des équipements de qualité : lave vaisselle, lave linge, douche avec jets, mobilier de terrasse très appréciable, une bonne literie et un fond de cuisine hyper sympa pour débuter : sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, café etc…. + et non négligeable un box parking fermé. A Cannes, ce n’est pas un détail ! 
l’emplacement est vraiment chouette car possibilité d’aller à la plage et au centre de cannes à pied facilement

☹l’immeuble a une vue incroyable sur la mer au dernier étage mais il est également situé sur une route très passante donc le bruit de la circulation est très présent malheureusement. le propriétaire n’y est pour rien mais c’est une réalité.

☺Sehr schöne Wohnung mit eiem herlichen Meer ausblick. Schlüsselübergabe war super, trotz  das der Gastgeber auf Urlaub war. Er hat alles super organisiert und war jeder Zeit erreichbar. Eigener sicherer Garage für das Auto, war bischen eng aber leicht zum   schaffen. Der Lift war gleich vor der Garage für den Gepäck.Ausstattung war sehr gut, war alles da was mann braucht ( Playstation, Lautsprecher, Stühle, gemütliche sitz möglichkeit Balkon). Zentrum zu Fuß 20 minuten, mit dem Bus 5 minuten, Bushaltstelle vor dem Haus,  Strand zu Fuß 5-10 minuten.
Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

☹Urlaub war leider zu kurz. Bei der Reinigung waren kleine stellen, zum sauber machen übersehen worden.Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer muss erneuert werden. Ich glaube das ,der Gastgeber diese zwei kleune Mängeln beheben wird.
